Geoff Martin
Since joining LSI Life in 2008 Geoff has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of the
company from one property to multiple properties in Las Vegas and Honolulu while helping to
expand the focus of the company to include not only Condo Hotels but also Vacation Rentals in
Panama City Beach Florida, Atlanta and Hilton Head. Geoff has built professional relationships
with industry leading marketing professionals that have solidified LSI Resorts as a top
management company at The Signature and Ala Moana hotels.
In addition to overseeing the marketing efforts for all the LSI Resort and LSI Vacation Rental properties, Geoff oversees
corporate and hotel operations as well as all personnel. Living in Las Vegas for over 40 years,
Geoff has detailed knowledge of the city and its growth through the decades. After graduating
University of Nevada Reno in 1997 Geoff back home to Las Vegas and started his hotel career at
The Mirage front desk before moving on to open Bellagio in 1998, Venetian in 1999, Venetian
Macao in 2007 and Palazzo in 2008.
His decade career in the Casino hotel industry served him
well assisting heads of state, celebrities, Fortune 500 CEO’s, meeting planners and high net
worth individuals. As a licensed Realtor and permitted Property Manager in Nevada, Geoff now
also oversees a team of professionals with real estate transactions and management of
hundreds of properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
